Delete your account in HabiLume
Open HabiLume, go to Settings, choose Account, then select Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email hello@habilume.com from the address connected to your HabiLume account. Use “HabiLume account deletion request” as the subject.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your account profile and associated habit, challenge, companion, and progress data from active systems. Limited records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, and are removed when that obligation ends.
Processing time
In-app deletion begins after you confirm the request. Email requests may require identity verification and are normally completed within 30 days. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
